Your Safety Is Imperative To Us.
We have a responsibility to keep everyone safe that comes through our door and this means that if you have never completed an Introduction to CrossFit session (AKA Fundamentals) then you will need to do this before you are able to participate in our classes.
This is for two reasons, the first is that we want to make sure that you are completely safe from any injuries that people may receive from not understanding the movements correctly before starting. The second is that we do not want anyone to feel lost when they start coming to class. During the introduction to CrossFit session you will not only be shown and taught the 9 Fundamental movements of CrossFit but will have them broken down in to small segments of understanding so that when your coach says something like Dip and Drive you will know exactly what they are talking about. This session is completely taught with no weight so is suitable for anyone.
The Introduction to CrossFit session is also your opportunity to get a full explanation of what we do at CrossFit Imperative and ask any questions you may have for us.
This session is priced at £30 but fear not, this will be deducted from your first months membership should you join.
If you are a seasoned veteran of CrossFit then all you will need to do is let us know where you have trained before, purchase your membership and start attending.
