Getting Started


To get started Everyone has to complete a fundamentals Session where we expose you to the more complex lifts we use within CrossFit so that we can make sure you are competent enough to remain safe using these lifts during a group setting. We then put you into our Fundamental W.O.D (Workout Of The Day) to expose you to the way CrossFit works and see if it is something you will enjoy before you commit to us.




Fundamentals are included in your first months membership cost so in theory if you are joining us they are FREE. However that being said you can purchase a fundamentals session separate from a membership so you can come and check out what CrossFit is all about with no obligation to join what so ever.


Payment Options:-


Drop In: £20 per session (For people who have completed their fundamentals or people from out of town that  just wish to pay as they train) or drop in with us on their travels.

Fundamentals Session £30


2 CrossFit Sessions per week: £55 per month


3 CrossFit sessions per week: £60 per month 


Unlimited CrossFit sessions £75 Per Month 



We Also Offer:-


a 15% Discount to Military personel, Emergency Services, NHS and Students.


All our classes are fully instructed by at least A CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
