To get started Everyone has to complete a fundamentals Session where we expose you to the more complex lifts we use within CrossFit so that we can make sure you are competent enough to remain safe using these lifts during a group setting. We then put you into our Fundamental W.O.D (Workout Of The Day) to expose you to the way CrossFit works and see if it is something you will enjoy before you commit to us.
FUNDAMENTALS ARE FREE:
Should you decide that what we do is a perfect fit for you and join us your fundamental fee is deducted from your first monthly payment. Therefore should you decide to commit to a Payment Option, Eg:- twice per week it would work out like this:-
Twice per week = £50 minus your fundamental fee £30 = remaining balance of just £20.
Drop In: £10 per session (For people who have completed their fundamentals and just wish to pay as they train)
2 CrossFit Sessions per week: £55 per month
3 CrossFit sessions per week: £60 per month
Unlimited CrossFit sessions £80 Per Month (Special Offer is still available but quickly running out)
Right now we have a special offer for our first 50 members to take advantage of. Should you sign up to our Unlimited Monthly Option you can take advantage of a reduced membership of £50, this will run for the first year of your membership.
