CrossFit Kids is a program specifically designed for children that incorporates the same fundamental principles of CrossFit, but with modifications to make it age-appropriate and safe for kids. We run two groups based on age, the first is 5-10 year olds and the 2nd is for 11-16 year olds.

 The program is led by a CrossFit Kids trainer, like Emma Flynn, who has been specially trained to work with young athletes.

One of the main benefits of the CrossFit Kids course is that it helps to develop overall fitness in children. The program focuses on functional movements that are fundamental to daily life, such as running, jumping, throwing, and lifting. This helps to build strength, flexibility, and coordination, which are essential for physical development.

The course also promote goal setting, where children set goals and objectives which are appropriate for their age and skill level, this enable them to track their progress and achieve the goals they have set.
