The course runs at the most convenient time for you, either at 7-8pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or 12-1pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, making it easy to fit into your busy schedule. And with the price of £60 for the entire 3 weeks, this is an affordable way to jumpstart your fitness journey.
